Good location close to stores and restaurants. Host communicated quickly. House was good size for 2 families, game room was nice for kids, pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House could use some minor repairs.

Gave a 4 star because there was nothing seriously wrong with rental. But honestly it was so worn out and worst for wear it wasn't worth the price. Floor was filthy on first night before I swept (black bottom socks), kitchen cabinet handles where missing screws, one of the arcade games didn't work,backyard wasn't mowed the first day or two we were there. Then when the landscapers did come out grass from the mowing got into living room because gap in door from living room to yard. 2nd bathroom looks like bathroom in a trap house. DIY messy caulking in shower and on walls w/ orange mold, rusted, ripped shower curtain, water damaged vanity area. Main bathroom has sewage smell coming from drains and dishwasher backed out while we were there. Crazy thing is most of these things can be fixed for $50 and an afternoon of work. Good for groups looking for house with lots of beds in convenient location only.
