We loved our stay in Kali. The apartment was modern, clean and stylish, with everything we needed. It is located 2 mins from the sea front and the views (especially the sun rise and set) from the balcony were stunning. Kali itself has a few bars, cafes and restaurants as well as plenty of supermarkets. The crystal clear sea is accessible at almost every point and the beaches are pebbled. Kristina and her husband were amazing hosts, going above and beyond multiple times. They met us from the ferry port and gave us a lift to the apartment. They arranged bike hire for us, helped us with our shopping and even cooked us fresh fish on their BBQ (possibly the best seafood we’ve ever eaten). They even let our daughter play with their children’s toys. We enjoyed cycling to Preko and Jaz beach (a sandy beach surrounded by bars, restaurants and playgrounds). Their season started to finish at the end of Sept so a lot of places closed but there was still enough choice. We’d definitely return.

We had an amazing experience staying in Kristina's apartment. It looked just like the pictures—clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Kristina and her husband were fantastic hosts, providing great recommendations and making us feel at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

We really loved Kristinas place! We stayed there for a month with our dog, working and relaxing. The island is beautiful, quiet and peaceful - perfect for a long-term stay and remote working. There is a small supermarkets nearby, a bar down the street and beautiful blue sea just 50m from the apartment. A little further is also a bigger supermarket, Tommy hipermarket. Also a lovely cafe nearby called Bubalo. Kristinas husband took us in when we arrived late in the evening and showed us everything and they were kind enough to let us park our car in the garage. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming. We were impressed how many kitchen equipment and utencils the apartment had, we cooked all kinds of foods everyday we stayed in the apartment. The balcony is huge and the view is breathtaking - I worked on the balcony and did yoga every week. The wifi was great, everything was clean and comfortable, shower was great, washing machine worked great and the bed linens were really soft and silky. There is some noises in the house since the owners family and children also lives in there, but this didn't bother us since we are used to living in apartment houses (and our dog made some noise sometimes too :D). Also worth mentioning, there is a cat in the house called Peppo who comes and goes as she pleases and she is the sweetest cat I have ever met in my life! Loves cuddles and purring, a lovely addition to the experience I'm definitely going to miss. We love Croatia and would definitely come back to Kali :) You will not regret!
