Charles is a very good host. Very fast responses, very communicative. There was a problem that the cleaner couldn’t clean on the day of my arrival, but as she cleaned another day, I suggest that Charles changes the cleaner, I had to scrub myself afterwards as I stayed for two months and didn’t want filthy environment. There was a problem with the toilet, it broke, but Charles fixed it asap and everything went great. The apartment was fairly nice, with a very great view, the neighbourhood is not of the nicest ones, but easy to commute as in 11th metro is really quick, convenient and not crowded. It’s not suited for long stay, I suggest to book for short stays as in when you need to do laundry you will need to climb 5 floors each time and etc. All in all I felt like at home, everything was fine, not 5 stars hotel, but the great communication made it worth it. :)

Je suis restée à l’appartement de Charles pendant 7 mois et je me suis sentie comme à la maison pendant tout ce temps. C’était un plaisir d’explorer le quartier, et les différentes stations de métro étaient très proches, ainsi que celles des bus. Les grandes fenêtres rendaient l’espace plus grand et offrait une belle vue. Tout les équipements dont j’avais besoin se trouvait dans l’appartement. Juste soyez au courant que l’appartement se trouve au cinquième étage, si cela serait un problème pour vous. En tant qu’hôte, Charles a été très assistant et gentil. En tout, je me sentais très à la maison et heureuse dans l’appartement et le quartier, lorsque j’ai dû le quitter je me suis sentie triste. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et il va beaucoup me manquer!

Cute and cozy little apartment. Not very clean but not dirty. Shower drain was totally blocked which made showering inconvenient. Location is alright, close to some cool districts. Fifth floor with no lift and very small staircase, not suitable for everyone.

Very nice studio! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bed is nice and spacious. Good wi-fi too!
