James is a superhost with a big S. I've stayed at this place twice now - and James is very helpful with everything you need. I asked to reserve the binoculars this time and James fixed that for us. He also checks up on you regularly to make sure everything is fine. His cleaning staff helped my girlfriend get in touch with a hairdresser that came to our apartment wich was very convenient. We had a beautiful view of the Nairobi national park. From the bedroom window and balcony we saw zebras, giraffes, rhinos and other animals while we had a glass of wine. The only thing that can be disturbing is the noise from the train that passes by quite often. But all in all, with that amazing view, friendly and responsive host and a nice apartment it's worth the noise from the train from time to time.

If I sound excited about this place, it is because I am. After a long flight from the States, all I wanted was an easy check-in into a secure yet kid friendly, with a view that says 'Karibu Kenya!'. James Place delivered on that and some more. Having a working elevator, a shop, and a restaurant nearby made us feel right at home. The place is well stocked, with a baby cot and mosquitoe nets, something most hosts ignore. Enjoyed waking up at 6 am. with the family to spot giraffes grazing across the parks fence. To top it up, the SGR station is just 10 minutes away. Being an amazing host, James actually sent an item we had forgotten via Courier at no cost. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this place, especially if you're flying in.
