Good, responsive communicator. Very close to grocery stores, target etc. Guest bedrooms/bathrooms were nice size and comfortable overall.

Burke's place is really fantastic -- It is decorated really well, nice high ceilings, lots of natural light, and -- if you like to play the piano -- It has great acoustics! (That, and the piano itself is in great shape -- more than I can say about other Airbnbs that claim to have a grand piano.) We really enjoyed our stay, and Burke was always very responsive to any messages we sent him, and was proactive about warning us when the gardener might come by, etc. The pictures don't really do his home justice, and we would happily stay there again or recommend it to others.
