The apartment is exactly as described and I can only recommend it. Especially for long stays. It offers everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining room with access to the large balcony. The whole apartment is flooded with light and has modern furnishings. There is plenty of storage space in the hallway and bedroom. The preserved stone walls and doors are particularly beautiful. Amir and his family are lovely and attentive hosts, always available and helpful. I felt very welcome and am already looking forward to my next stay. Thank you very much for everything. This was a 5-star stay in St. George, Staten Island.

My family and I spent a delightful week at Amir’s accommodation in Staten Island, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Upon our arrival, the first thing my wife and daughter remarked was how pleasantly fragrant the home was — a welcoming scent that invited us in. Amir had graciously offered to let us store our luggage prior to check-in, which eased our travel stress significantly. The cleanliness and condition of the space were impeccable, truly setting a high standard. The decor was both cozy and tastefully done, striking the perfect balance between homely comforts and elegant simplicity. Every essential was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and relaxing. Despite the space being uncluttered and tranquil, we were delighted to discover a variety of board games, which became a source of fun and laughter for our family evenings.

L'appartement d'Amir a été une véritable valeur ajoutée à notre séjour à New York. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec le ferry, la qualité de la prestation (équipement, literie, confort...), ainsi que le charme de la maison. La communication avec Amir est excellente et ses explications nous ont permis de trouver l'emplacement du logement très facilement. Ce Airbnb est un refuge reposant après une journée d'escapade dans New York. Il est également très agréable de commencer et terminer ses journée par la balade en ferry. Nous en garderons un magnifique souvenir !

Très bel appartement à Staten Island. Il est encore mieux que sur les photos, et est d’une excellente propreté. L’appartement est très bien situé pour prendre le ferry pour se rendre à Manhattan. Le logement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour. La literie est confortable. Amir est un hôte très réactif. N’hésitez pas à réserver c’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix
