First of all mentioning Eiffel Tower closeness is misleading the traveler, nothing is close to the site and nearest metro is 20 min walk from the apartment. It’s min. 1 hour to reach city center. The whole area doesn’t seem save in the evenings. Secondly you will share the apartment with host family including children’s, so obviously they are cooking for themselves and the kitchen good is not working at all so the smell is all over apartment and very strong one as they probably use lots of spices. Another thing is to be ready that the shower hot water opening with the gas system from the kitchen, so first you open water in the shower and after you have to go to the kitchen to open it with fire. Host claims that it’s common thing in the area and me as tourist should be aware of it, which is ridiculous. The walls are extremely thin, so you hear all the movements of the people you share apartment with. I believe all this should be mentioned in the ad so the travelers know the reality

l'accès au logement depuis le métro est très facile et trajet agréable. Annelore était absente. j'ai été accueillie par des personnes parlant uniquement espagnol, dommage ce n'était pas précisé à la réservation ! un très bon chauffage, mais eau chaude absente à certains moments.

l'hôte était sympathique, mais ne parlait pas le français, ni l'anglais, ce qui rendait la communication très compliquée. Le logement se trouve dans une citée/barre d'immeubles. Les murs du logement sont très mal insonorisés, on entend les conversations dans la pièce adjacente. Les jeunes enfants de l'hôte étant très bruyants jusqu'à tard dans la soirée, je n'ai pas pû me reposer correctement (obligé de mettre des bouchons d'oreilles)

Immeuble d'accès facile non loin de la ligne 9 croix de Chauveau et du bus 115 Charles de Gaulle. Accueil chaleureux et endroit propre.
