Very central location yet on a more quiet street. The windows are not great so you can hear people on the street but as it is a small street the isn’t too much noise. Everything necessary is provided but there is a lack of storage space. The apartment is nice and spacious.

I was trying to get instructions for parking before arrival but was only told you could drive up to apartment, which is almost true. Need to pull into alley/ resident parking area next to police station but need to park elsewhere. Agent told us park at “king of choco frito” restaurant - what she meant was public parking across from there. We found other parking lot by convento which was inexpensive and easy to walk to. Apartment itself was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Good kitchen, washing machine. Right near bocage square but in quiet location. Plenty of Light and space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leo's place, we did walk past it once, but it's actually very easy to locate. Very close to supermarkets, ferry to Troia, Bocage Square with restaurants and bars and meters from Luisa Todi. It really was a central location and ideal for walking. (not so good if you want to park a car). We absolutely love Setubal and wish we stayed a few more days. I would certainly book this place again in a heartbeat. The apartment itself was minimal but all you need for a few nights stay, with TV and sofa bed. I would have liked somewhere to put cases (didn't fit under bed). Air conditioning was a blessing, and really did help for a great night's sleep. if you're on the fence, book it! You won't regret staying here.
