Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our 2 acre garden, with views onto open fields with horses and our miniature donkey in its paddock. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our village has a fabulous pub which is a 10 minute walk away. The closest station is Shalford which a few minutes drive away or a 10 minute drive to Guildford and Guildford is a 35 minute train journey from London Waterloo. There is an upstairs annexe with a thick hotel style double mattress and crisp white linen (The White Company Linen). The headroom is quite low here - fine for sitting up in bed but maybe a tall man would prefer to sleep in the bed downstairs. Both upstairs bed and downstairs will be made up so that you can choose. There's a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, microwave and 2 ring electric hob & a Nespresso machine. It takes the regular, small Nespresso capsules should you want to bring your favourite ones with you. The dining table sits 2 and this can be used as a workspace. There is a TV which is a smart TV with Netflix etc. There's high speed broadband. It is a very bright & modern cabin which feels very crisp with good quality bed linen and fluffy white towels. There is an outside terrace with seating which most people use for their morning cuppa or for early evening drinks. We have an EV charger than can be used for £10 per overnight charge and there is a washing machine & tumble dryer that can be used for £5.

Great cosy place
Absolutely lovely cabin. Stayed here for a night as we wanted to get away from Londons city bustle to relax and do some hiking and cycling. The place was perfect for this. Surrounding area has lots of opportunities for exploring the outdoors and the local pub is great. Carla was a super host in every way: friendly, accommodating and respectful.
Lots to love - peaceful setting - cabin with lots of character - well-stocked with all the essentials - and Carla was very responsive and a great host. And the donkeys were fun! Would come back and recommend to others
Very nice, remote, peaceful, friendly donkeys, good provisions. Some ladybugs come with the cabin but they are no trouble at all, and keep themself to their selves. Enjoyed the view, it was nice to have to cosy up with hot water bottles under the blanket and wait for it to warm up. I brought 6 carrots from a farmers market on the way - it was not enough they love the carrots.

Wonersh is a beautiful village and everyone loves our village pub! There are lots of other beautiful Surrey villages all within a few minutes drive - Shere, Shamley Green and Cranleigh is a large village 5 miles away which has a M&S food, Sainsburys, and 2 great curry restaurants.
Uber operates in our area & Deliveroo deliver to us.
Shalford train station is one mile from us & Guildford station is 3 miles away.

I was brought up in Cambridge and studied a business degree at Newcastle University & then a Psychology masters at Liverpool University. Following my studies, I was a party girl living in London for all of my twenties - amazing times :) I now live in a village outside of Guildford and I'm surrounded by great things that make me happy. A happy home; lovely views of the Surrey Hills; fun kids; and cute animals including my beloved miniature donkey called Poppy! My personal interests include fitness, tennis, interior design, property development & travel. I work in the software industry, previously at Microsoft & now at Salesforce and I do quite a bit of business travel with work. I don't have much time to do extensive global trotting now so I bring the world to me with airbnb guests! I'm also a life, business & leadership coach. I have both my Surrey Hills and London property listed on airbnb. My London property is a much loved place and is a piece of tranquillity in London with its private courtyard garden. As soon as you walk out the door though there are bustling bars and restaurants close by and plenty of atmosphere. Fulham & Parsons Green is an affluent part of London with its famous Kings Road, Chelsea within a 20 minute walk or short bus ride. I stay at my London apartment when I am socialising in London or in London on business. My Surrey property is set within our 3 acre garden & has beautiful open views of Chinthurst hill & horses running freely. Please feel free to ask any questions.
