Bring your Boat, Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching manatees and dolphins swim by the bay. Go kayaking in the bay for endless fun fishing and birdwatching. I’ll take a dip in the pool and enjoy some fun pool games. Relax at night outside with a nice fire or an outdoor movie. Enjoy the spacious three bedroom two bath open kitchen floor plan. And soak up the warm sun on siesta key beach/Nokomis beach all 10 minutes away. Master bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has two twin beds, one bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a lounge/bed outside under the lanai, we also have a blowup mattress and two couches.

we had a very wonderful time. it is very close to the beach and the stores. it was fun kayaking from the house to the intercoastal.
Really nice house. Huge pool and great fishing right off the dock. Quite upscale area. Room for 6 people easily. Nice patio with outside television.
Perfect for families wanting to stay together! Plenty of space and close enough to everything. We were just minutes away from the beach and local restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Great house in a beautiful location. Pool, kayaks etc. Master bedroom has a TV which I appreciate. Easy enough to get to the beach and town. Would be great for a family or larger group.

This is a bird sanctuary the whole subdivision so there’s no hunting. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac very quiet perfect for the kids to play outside in. We are on a canal that lead you out to the intercoastal or you can go up to Oscar cheer park
Parking is free and right now parking is free at all the beaches around us if you’re bringing your boat you can park the trailer in the front yard or on the street
