Katherine was an amazing host who answered all our questions and was extremely accommodating especially with our request for an early check-in. The home itself is beautiful and had everything we required for our stay. The backyard was what sold us on the property and it was everything and more than what we expected. The location was just a ten minute Uber to desirable areas such as Gaslamp and Little Italy. We had a group of 11 and felt the home accommodated us quite easily. Additionally, upon check-in there were Crumbl cookies and some refreshments in the fridge -- such a great added touch considering we had been traveling for some time! Would recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Great space for our family reunion, definitely an awesome place for group trips. Katherine was a responsive host and set the house up for our stay perfectly. The small issues that came up were handled immediately and sufficiently. Would book again!

Katherine was an incredible host. She was so responsive and friendly! The inside of the house is so well decorated and well stocked!!! We had a bachelorette party for 11 girls and we’re able to comfortably sleep there. The backyard was soo nice and a great place to have everyone relax but also enjoy dinner at home and cocktails! The perfect house for a group trip! We really had a great time there.
