I appreciate how clean it was upon entering. It is well equipped for up to 2 people. Kitchen appliances work well. The wifi was very strong. It worked for me for online teaching. The room is spacious and lets in a lot of light! The only problem was the shower head was slightly disfigured. But it still gave hot water!

Excellent choice. Photos don't do justice. To be clear, this is a private apartment/suite in a building with other apartment/suites, so you have complete independence and privacy. This one is spacious with lots of natural light from large bedroom windows that have a lovely view overlooking a canyon of houses. Bedroom is separated from kitchen by a wall and door. Room-darkening shades block sunlight so you can sleep peacefully after sunrise. Kitchrn fully stocked for cooking. Strong, consistent Wi-Fi. Hot water in shower. There's a rooftop community area w/a sun room sitting area, washing machine, exercise bike, etc. Building is secure. Less that 20-minute walk to Supermaxi supermarket, Alameda Park, and Itchimbia Park. Paul and his mother are kind, responsive, and gracious. The best kind of hosts.

Lovely apartment. I have really enjoyed my stay and hope to return again soon. The apartment is just as described and everything is new. It has a very nice view and it is peaceful so that you can get a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The Fernando and his family are helpful and they do everything they can to make you feel at home. Good location. Very nice flat.
