Vielen Dank an Beatrice für den guten Empfang und die Tipps zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Sie war jeden Morgen hier um den Müll zu entsorgen und den Pool zu reinigen. Uns war bei der Suche nach einer Location wichtig, dass wir als Gruppe keine Anwohner stören, dafür ist die Villa super geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house is Italian country rustic, but needs a few upgrades. It was very hot during our stay and it was impossible to keep the windows open because of bees and mosquitos. The entire house was intolerable inside, over 90 degrees. We asked for fans and 3 were provided to us. That helped, but the main issue is that there are no screens on the windows or doors. We were able to cool things at night by opening some windows, but were on constant alert for mosquitoes. Granted the heatwave was extreme, but screens on windows seems pretty basic if you dont have air-conditioning. Especially with flowers and bees buzzing right outside. If the owner put a little more effort into maintaining and providing a few more amenities (like kitchen soap, paper towels, and a coffee maker that handles more than a single cup at a time), then this house would be lovely. The pool is nice and was cleaned daily, and the view is great. The property has lots of potential, just needs some upgrades.

Location spettacolare con panorama mozzafiato e in posizione isolata. Il casale è anche molto bello.
