I booked this as a surprise for my sister's birthday, The whole family went , they had the best time, mostly loved the outdoor area, enjoyed some fire and games. the host is very responsive and friendly .

we celebrated my friend's birthday in Christian's incredible outdoor backyard space, easily fit 22 people (only 8 slept in the house tho!), great amenities and everything you could need. Electricity held up although it was cool enough that we didn't need to turn on ACs. Very comfortable mattresses in every room, clean bathroom, great kitchen space with utensils. The only slight downside is that the villa is right on the highway so there is the sound of cars instead of beach waves, but it's such an easy and convenient location, and didn't bother most of the group.

We had a great time at Villa del Norte for my sisters bachelorette party. Thank you for hosting us Christian, you had an amazing property and were an extremely helpful host.we hope to come again!

Thank you for hosting us. The villa is good and large. Unfortunately, we saw a cockroach & ants in multiple bedrooms which was uncomfortable to the group. Also, it would have been a nice addition to have additional amenities in the villa - to make coffee for ex.. For those reasons, we found it slightly overpriced
