Great house for our family stay. They don’t come closer to the beach than this one!

The house is absolutely perfect, we were 16 people. We had lots of room. The space is incredible. The world map on the wall was a nhive for conversation. The views to the sea were spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay. We had dinner cooked for us in the house by Shaun the chef, which was also excellent. Just a great place to stay for a night or two!

My stay at this property was profoundly disappointing and distressing, marred by severe threats of violence and racial discrimination from the host, which, combined with a host of other issues, significantly impacted our experience. We had rented this property with the intent of celebrating the Iranian New Year, partaking in the scenic beauty of Shoreham-by-Sea. We were a group of 12, however, the property only catered sufficiently for eight people with substandard provisions— the number of pillows and blankets clearly fell short. This oversight inconvenienced us and exposed the host's lack of hospitality or concern for his guests' comfort. The stay took a severe downturn when, due to a complaint from their neighboring residents related to noise levels, the host contacted me and, rather than mediating or coming to a reasonable solution, he resorted to threats. Moreover, the host showed severe racial bias toward us, further substantiating the unpleasant interaction. His hostility left
