Our private entrance cottage is a one bedroom,bath, self contained unit with a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, undercounter fridge, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils.There is a full size bed, SmartTV, love seat and computer desk space. Wonderful back deck for sunny afternoons or evening cocktails. Private entrance with keyless entry. On street parking with security lighting in wonderful walking neighborhood. Owners unit attached at front of property

Pam and Dave were great hosts! Cute place and great location. Greeted us upon arrival to give us a quick tour and make sure we were all settled in. Made some very nice recommendations that were nearby and walkable. Highly recommend!

Very safe neighborhood. Neighbors walk their pets in front of house all day and evening. Say Hi, They are very friendly.
This is very safe walking friendly neighborhood lined with live oak trees and historic homes. Several resturants are nearby with Thai, fast food, elegant dining and pub grub along with live music. Free on street parking is across the street.
