Thanks Jay and Aiza for giving me one of the best trips in my life. I loved the ultra privacy concept especially because spending my first few days in Laoag alone was the healing that I needed for all the chaos that my life has had so far. The place and concept also very much suits my style so I really liked it! Will definitely book this place again and/or recommend to friends and family should they plan on staying in Laoag. Thank you very much once again for such an amazing stay. It is definitely worth every penny! More power to your family!

Clean and spacious room. I like that it has its own kitchen. Nice shower with heater and bidet! The host is very friendly and accomodating. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and it was good. Thank you Sir Jay and to your family. We really recommend this place.

Fantastic comfy affordable guest room in a really great location, walkable to the shops, eateries, markets and the "historic" centre of Laoag City. Everything was tidy, clean and attractive. Great fridge ! 👍👍👍

Great. Jays uncle, the neighbor, is the happiest man I’ve ever met. Play basketball with the kids at the nearby court Ride to Robinsons in 5 minutes Or sit in the air conditioning on a comfy bed like I did and make YouTube videos. Nice. 5/5 would recommend to a friend Fast WiFi. Running water. Flushing toilet. Alligator in the bathtub. Everything works Everything is clean Jay is very responsive
