This is such a beautiful property. The view is breathtaking and lives up to the pictures and description. The entire staff was welcoming and hospitable, one of the hardest working teams I have seen.

This was my 4th visit to Goa and I have not yet encountered a better luxury stay. The place gives you a homely vibe once you settle in your respective cottage and ah, what do I say about the sea view you see right after waking up! It’s mesmerising! And the place serves awesome food, specially their prawn biryani. The staff will do everything to make your stay a comfortable one. We are certainly going to visit again with a bigger group next time :)

Awesome location. If you are a sea lover and love a peaceful quiet holiday, this is the place to be. It is right next to the palolem beach but it has a separate small beach of its own. You can stick to your own beach if you like a place of your own or you can walk over to the palolem if you would like to enjoy on a big beach. A bit difficult to locate though since it is situated in a nice corner, do speak to the owner in advance for the location. Though the cost was on a higher side, was getting Leela at same price, I enjoyed the stay every bit of it. You can do boating and kayaking from here. Scuba diving is also next door. Please keep in mind 1 thing- it is a room which is a part of a resort and not a private separate home completely…
