Each room is a suite, ideal for families and couples (standard up to 4 guests, but with an extra charge per person for 6 guests: ask when booking) or groups of friends. Two of the rooms have double beds and blackout curtains and shutters for full dark, while the "studio" (which is the third bedroom in case you want to go with 6 guests: please make a request while booking), with its own full bathroom has a sofa bed (double bed) with regular curtains. Each bathroom is equipped with hot water (gas heater), glass-box, large and well illuminated mirrors and toilet showers. The building is protected by the Brazilian Ministry of Culture and was projected by the architect Sergio Bernardes, together with Oscar Niemeyer in the 1950s. It also has elevators, a volleyball/soccer court (perfect for kids to play around), an outdoor leisure area, a 24-hour doorman, and a locker to store surfboards and a bike rack.
