The hosts were very responsive and had the information we needed. The house was just like the photos and exactly what we were looking for. We had fantastic coffee just down the street, and we found parking for our vehicle with ease. Loved the place and enjoyed Xylokastro.

We stayed in 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids of 12, 14, 16 and 16 year old) in this large, newly renovated flat for 14 days. The living-room and the kitchen are wide and well-equipped and the terrace is well-useable and with a beautiful sea view. The flat is on the north side so it does not get hot in summer, despite the high temperatures of this year. Anyway, there is an air conditioner for each bedroom. The flat is next to a small beach (2 minutes on foot) and a 15-minute walk from a larger, equipped beach. A 5-minute drive takes you to a beach with a pine forest. Eleana is the host of your dreams: kind, helpful and always ready to do anything to make your staying comfortable. She even lent us a scale to weigh our luggage before our return flight. An unforgettable host! We stayed very, very well in this house, and if we came back to Xylocastro we'd rent this house again, for sure!
