NO AIR MATTRESS ALLOWED. Dine on the private balcony with plenty of seating. Enjoy all of the comforts of a home away from home, such as a fully equipped kitchen with all of the bells and whistles. Plenty of house ware items, all small appliances, breakfast bar, dishwasher, cook top stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, pantry space and wet bar are just to name a few. Enjoy the living area with the beautiful views or the large screen TV. Property has elevator service. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Smoking area is provided. Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash) passes are purchased on site.
