My experience was good, I had a brief weekend stay. The room and it's ammenties are a good value, self - check in was a breeze. I enjoyed the privacy of the room along with the peaceful and quiet setting of the neighborhood, while receiving a warm welcome upon arrival.

This beach nearby is really great. Make sure to check it out if you have time during your stay. I went there several times a week. The sunrise over the bay is really beautiful and worth your time if you are awake early in the morning. The fridge here is very small and the freezer section is only large enough for a small box of veggies or tiny ice cream. If you usually eat frozen dinners (like myself) you will need to find other meal options (like pre-made meals from the deli). The microwave works great, so leftovers can be heated up no problem. The bed is nice, but the desk chair is a bit wonky. If you need to work here it is better to use the couch and your laptop. The shower is a bit weird in that you have to step up onto a platform to get in, but the shower head is really nice and there is plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are nice, just make sure you buy the correct HE laundry soap if you are staying awhile. The entrance is through the garage, so you have to wait for the garage door to open and close. This is a bit annoying, but it is very nice to have a private entrance, despite having to wait for the loud door to open when you want to leave. It is really nice that they let you park in the driveway right in front of the garage door. Most of the time upstairs was very quiet, but most Wednesdays and Sundays they have a get-to-gether for church services. Sometimes it got a bit loud but they were very nice about it when I mentioned the noise and they turned down the TV/stereo and it didn't bother me after that. Otherwise it was really quiet and peaceful there! Beware that because the owners are ministers there are a lot of religious propaganda around the room. If you are not Christian it might be a bit annoying. I am atheist so it didn't really bother me, except that when I was on a business video call I had to make sure the religious stuff was not in the frame. Overall nice clean and quiet place to stay in a really beautiful neighborhood by an awesome beach. I would recommend staying here and would stay there again!
