Comfortable and cozy. have to drive just a short bit to get to beaches that are manageable for swimming and lounging but that's alright, it's not a long drive. would stay here again.

Condo was very clean! Loved being on the ground floor and able to just walk out to the pool and beach! We love Kauai and look forward to coming back again soon!!

The unit is older, but big, and well appointed. The very basics are provided, but not much else. The unit we were in was directly across the street from a popular restaurant, so it could get a bit noisy when the door to the lanai is open, but they close early, so it wasn't an issue during sleep hours. There is a place on site to rent things like beach chairs and umbrellas, and there are several pools. You are directly across the street from a very small beach, but it was a gathering spot every night to watch the sunset, which was lovely. The units don't have AC, which for me, at least, was highly relevant. If you go during hot months this would probably be a problem, but we were there in January and it was ok. It is a good value and the location is fantastic.
