The master bedroom has a separate entrance if required, and also opens out onto the pool area. It connects with a brand new ensuite bathroom and includes a large shower. Above the master bedroom is the fourth bedroom (a loft) that contains the queen and 2 single beds. This is ideal for parents wanting to keep their kids close. The loft is located up the stairs connected to the rear of the master bedroom. Please note, while this is separate from the master bedroom the loft does not have a physical door separating the two areas. The third bathroom contains a bath and separate toilet that is located closer to the main living areas. The main lounge opens out onto the large deck with a new bbq, beside the pool to enjoy the warm Hawkes' Bay evenings. The grounds contain a small orchard with a multitude of fruit trees and berries that can be enjoyed at different times of the year.
