We loved our stay here. The three of us (2adults/1 child) had plenty of room. The balcony is big with a direct view of the ocean and an angled view that lets you see down the the beach. The furniture's comfortable and the TV is easy to use. The kitchen has good basic supplies and plenty of tools. There were beach towels, toys, and a wagon available in the unit. It's a short elevator ride down to the lobby area and then a quick walk to the beach. Parking's easy. Also nice: check out was easy. Unlike many AirBnb's, where there's an obnoxiously long to-do list, we only had to do a couple simple steps before leaving. This is very much appreciated. The only downside is that the AC unit is on the balcony where you have the best ocean view and it's a bit noisy. But I think that is a problem many condos have, so hardly unique to this location. This is the 3rd place we've stayed at SPI and definitely the best. We'll stay again!

A very good find! If you want great beach access or just an awesome view of the beach this is it. From the 7th floor with wrap around windows from the bedroom to the living area with a patio as well this stay is very worth it.

I have been to South Padre three times I including this trip and I have to say this was the BEST PLACE I HAVE STAYED! The views were breath taking and the condo was so clean ! Kari even had a basket with treats in the kitchen, so kind and giving of her! There was extra blankets in the closet and even on the couch if you got cold! My grand babies were even able to watch Disney + without me having to log in! The whole building was so clean! Everyone was so nice and friendly ! Kari instructions were to the point and she was ready to assist with our needs if needed! I wouldn’t want to stay no where else going forward! Will definitely spread the word about our stay here! Me and my family had the best time ever! Thank You Kari for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Hope to book here again soon!
