We spent 5 weeks at Marta's plane and it was perfect. As a host, Marta was very responsive when we needed help on anything. The place was sparkling clean and Marta provided so many extras to make our stay very comfortable: lovely towels, extra bedding, many cleaning products and tools as well as bikes, a kayak, pool table, table tennis and hot tub and things to make s'mores at the fire pit! We really appreciated all of these extras. The area is only a few houses from the ocean and about a five minute walk from a small beach/park that is accessible by key only by members of the community. The neighbours were friendly and many people out walking in the neighbourhood made us feel very safe and relaxed. An idyllic place to stay especially for a larger family! Thanks Marta.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Marta has thought of everything to make this house welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of entertainment within the house for those rainy days so you shouldn’t ever be bored! Nice quiet neighborhood and pleasant neighbors. Close to groceries and restaurants. Marta always responded quickly to my texts. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Without question, this was the BEST short term rental that we have ever rented. The home is beautifully decorated in a tranquil, coastal theme. Its layout is well designed and completely furnished with everything needed to enjoy the home. It’s professionally maintained and squeaky clean. The photos of the home are accurate. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with the friendliest neighbors. It comes with a membership to Largo Sound Park Club, a beautiful, private beach club. The weather was great - mostly sunny, warm with ocean/gulf breezes. As for Key Largo, it’s been able to maintain its laid back island charm without being over run by tourists. The food scene is outstanding. We are avid bikers. Bike paths are everywhere, well maintained and connected by bridges to other keys. And…Marta gives new meaning to “Super Host”. She’s a true professional - attentive, knowledgeable and responds quickly to questions. Plus, she’s genuinely kind and thoughtful.

Excellent stay. Communication with Marta was superb. Great quiet location away from Hwy 1. Close to so many restaurants and John Pennekamp. We used the kayak to go there several times. Would stay again.

Property is in a great location. Close to Route 1 but far enough away to not hear any traffic. The private beach that you have access to is very nice especially to take your kids. It is one of the nicer beaches in the keys. Marta was a great host and very nice to deal with. The house was laid out very comfortably and was very much enjoyed by our family
