The home had plenty of room and was well stocked, except for no shampoo, which was no big deal. The property was spacious and private with lots of trees and room to walk or even hike. Communication was good and we were allowed to check in one hour early. Its 45 minutes from nashville but I wanted to stay close to franklin so that was perfect.

Such a wonderful spot! The location is so private and yet is conveniently located. Franklin, Leiper’s and Nashville are close by. We were staying while our Franklin home was being repaired and getting to and from Josh’s couldn’t have been easier. Josh was super responsive and helpful. I can’t really imagine a better place to stay… beds were great. Water pressure was divine. House is lovely and tasteful. The surroundings couldn’t be more picturesque… we were lucky to be there when the daffodils were blooming. Also, I would encourage future guests to fill the backyard bird feeder… that was an unexpected delight! So many birds, so many colors…. I fed them bird seed, but when that ran out, they were happy w nuts, bread crumbs, etc and emptied the feeder daily!
