Perfect place to stay! The apartment is wonderful: very comfortable beds & towels, very clean, peaceful environment, and great for our family with small children. The playground in the urbanization was lovely for our small children. It was walking distance to Granada beach, but we preferred to drive to some more spectacular beaches and to the mountains. The location is peaceful and a great base for exploring the Costa Tropical. We found the remote key access to be confusing at first, but the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The app used for checking in is a little cumbersome, but everything else about this apartment is so phenomenal, it’s worth the initial extra step of check-in. I recommend checking in long before arrival, and also arriving with plenty of battery on your phone to do the keyless door entry. We would 100% book again, in fact, the apartment was so great that we decided to extend our stay!

I spent 5 nights in Irene's apartment in April. The apartment is gorgeous, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the kitchen is equipped with so many things you don't even have time to use them all. It's located in a secure complex with a pool and a playground for children, which my kids loved. It was very peaceful, which we greatly appreciated (probably because also it was off-season), with a superb view of a golf course with several lakes where you could hear the frogs and birds (for those who appreciate it). Irene waited for us, showed us the apartment, and gave us information about the surroundings. Thank you, Irene! I recommend this apartment more than 100%, and we are quite picky :)

Sitio para repetir sin lugar a dudas por un monton de razones. Apartamento muy moderno, todo nuevo, todo en su sitio, no echamos nada en falta. Estuvimos como en casa. Se ve cuando un anfitrion se preocupa por sus huespedes. Aqui lo pudimos comprobar. Todo perfecto. Las vistas desde nuestras habitaciones y el salon al campo de golf y la laguna de este, casi debajo de nuestras ventanas y el mar al fondo.... Una pasada. Un sitio marcado como top en nuestra lista de sitios a los que volver. La persona/s que lo alquile/n van a estar super agusto. La playa a 10 minutos andando. Parking en el edificio, importantisimo. Piscina e instalaciones comunes muy cuidadas. Irene super maja y su compañero que nos recibio igual. Todo perfecto. Estancia de 10.
