Historic 2 bedroom home located downtown Petoskey, just two blocks from restaurants, shopping, and picture perfect million dollar views of Little Traverse Bay. Walk anywhere in town from this location! You'll love the three seasons sunroom - it's a great spot for morning coffee and evening card games. Grab dinner downtown and stroll the waterfront before heading home for the night at Little Bay Retreat. This cozy abode continues to get updates to make every renter's experience the best it can be. The location can't be beat. Peeks of Little Traverse Bay from upstairs and even right at the sidewalk... walk anywhere downtown - ski hills 15 minutes away. It's a great spot to escape for the weekend / week.

We spent 2 nights in February, for a short “up north” ski trip. Walking to restaurants was very quick and easy. It’s only a 15 minute drive to 2 great ski locations. Typically we would come to Petoskey I. The summer, but it was enjoyable to relax there when the tourist season was a bit slower. I’d highly recommend Cam’s place to stay at for a family with multiple children or a group of adults. There’s plenty of room to spread out.
Location is perfect. Only thing is many doors locks doesn’t work. and no curtains or blinds on one bedroom windows. Just generally we like our stay.

Located 1 block from downtown Petoskey, this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
Unfortunately, parking is not ideal at Little Bay Retreat. There is space for one vehicle that is off-street / free. There is limited parking on the street (also free). There is also plenty of parking nearby, but 1-2 blocks away. We ask that if you park in front of a neighboring property that you respect their property and not walk on their lawns / stage baggage outside, etc. BE SURE NOT TO BLOCK THE SIDEWALK OR ALLEY, or risk being ticketed / towed.
