Loved our stay at Aric’s! Was visiting for an event in St. Paul. Aric was responsive and easy to coordinate with. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in photos/descriptions. The house looks like it’s been updated recently and the kitchen and rooms were all excellent. Very easy to get to downtown St. Paul as well. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area!

Amazing stay at this Airbnb! Aric was a great host. He was so kind, professional and considerate, and had wonderful and responsive communication even before I booked the place. He ensured that our group of 3 ladies had a great experience from an easy check in to check out. I believe he even came by and cleared the snow off of our stairs and walkways to our vehicle!! The place was very tastefully decorated - neat, simple, and cozy. Cleanliness is a huge deal to me and my experience whenever I stay somewhere, and I have no complaints from staying at Aric's place!! The bathroom was clean and well lit, and the beds were very comfortable with great bedroom lighting as well. The floor mirror in one of the bedrooms was a big plus, too. Plenty of closet and storage space and even hangars provided! Family room was small and cozy with comfortable sofas and seating. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks Aric!
