Modern apartment with beautiful views, it actually looks better in person than in the photos advertised on here. The apartment was spacious and had a very large balcony with a stunning view other than the building work going on but that was minor. The apartment was very well equipped and the host was extremely helpful with any questions we had and gave the warmest welcome which made us feel at home. The downside of the area was that you can’t get food ordered to the apartment so unless you are eating out every night expect to cook or go to the restaurants and order for takeaway to bring back. You definitely need a car to stay here also, in the apartment the lighting system was a little confusing and they would randomly turn on sometimes not sure if there is a timer on them but again to me that was minor. I would definitely stay here again it is very close to Marbella centre in which I needed to be, and the price is very reasonable compared to other properties around the area. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Almendros 812. The apartment was light, bright & airy and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace is very spacious with great sea and Mountain views. The health club at Palo Alto is amongst the best we’ve ever experienced with a superbly equipped gym and fabulous indoor pool and spa area as well as a nice lounge & terrace where you can enjoy a coffee after your work out. The commercial centre with supermarket is just a 5 minute drive away. The location in the hills above Marbella is great but you definitely need a car. On the downside you need to be aware that there’s a lot of construction in the area near the apartment.

We liked apartment so much as felt in it as at home .. everything was spotless, mattress comfortable, had everything what you need. You need a car for us it was no problem as we traveled with it. Agent was really nice, very flexible and helpful. Thank you !!! Really recommend it.

This was a beautiful clean apartment with a lovely view of the sea. The manager was very helpful and responsive. The pool and gym area are fantastic. Be aware there are some building works currently going on.
