Loved staying in Hacienda Iguana at Ryan’s place! The apartment is beautiful and we would definitely come back there if we go again to Nicaragua!

Ryan's studio near Playa Colorados was perfect! Great location, comfy studio, and Ryan was super helpful with tips and communication. Definitely highly recommend!

The three nights we stayed were great, the place it's small (as in the pics) but has everything you need for two people, one of them which has to work for a few hours a day from the laptop. There is a small walk to the beach and a little more to the surf spots, but the two bikes included make it nothing. The pool (it's super peaceful) access is the perfect final touch. I'll try to go back for sure if I'm back at Iguana.

Wonderful place to stay in Playa Colorado. I was really comfortable, super happy. Perfect distance to the market and to the surf brakes. The bike they supplied was perfect for getting around. Hope to come back. Added bonus the restaurant next-door. Great host. Great spot.
