Kelley did an amazing job to welcome us and check in with us on a regular basis. The house was clean and as described. There were lots of little touches from snacks and water to new toothbrushes in the bathroom.and beach chairs to use. The house had a central location for us close to downtown, the beach. I will certainly recommend to anyone traveling to Wilmington

Neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We've been visiting wilmington over 4 years to see my son at college and have enjoyed the area lots. Kelley was a great host and the backyard as well as the house were terrific

This house is the perfect mid-town location to explore all Wilmington and the local beaches have to offer. Kelley is an excellent host! The house was super cute and clean. It was easy and seamless to check-in and check-out of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the fenced backyard was spacious and secure for the pup to run and play. The outdoor shower was a great addition! I highly recommend staying at this property!

We felt very comfortable in the house, it had everything we needed including kitchen amenities and washer-dryer. There was a separate room for the workspace including great WiFi, and a lovely back yard for our dog to run around and for us to sit outside. Kelly and Ryan were very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!
