We had worried that this place was over the top for our budget, but was worth it 100%. Everything worked so well and was perfectly supportive for our group: the elevator, excellent washer/dryer for daily laundry, large fridge, ample pantry space, outdoor shower, covered lower area…the hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. It was just great! My only negative moment (will seem strange to some readers) was that I believe previous guests had left scented trash bags in the kitchen. Those things are toxic! I’m extremely scent sensitive and get headaches from any fragrance concentrate. I could smell the trash bags from the stairwell, before entering the kitchen, even though the trash cabinet was closed. Mild headache. We got them out of the house, got out our own trash bags, and all was well enough. Similarly, someone had used French vanilla flavored coffee in the coffee maker, which lingered strongly. The hosts can surely avoid scented trash bags. Weird coffee probably not!

This is a great house! It’s close enough to the beach access to where you can comfortably go back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach gear. The house was extremely clean and it felt like home. We would love to stay again!

We all loved the stay at Oceanaire. The place is nice and clean - clean air inside with no air freshener smell. We rented the place in mid week and it was very quiet which we loved. The house offers everything we need. The elevator is a plus for both my Mom and Mom-in-law. We will come back again.
