Amazing views of the city, 🏙️ but furniture needs an upgrade. Also old TV, 📺. Overall your paying for the million dollar view of Buenos Aires

This apartment is in a great location walking distance to parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. There are a lot of large windows and the views of the city and Rio Plata are wonderful. We stayed for a month. Not sure this apartment is very well set up for long stays. There is not much in the way of kitchen supplies and no dishwasher. There is a washing machine, but no dryer in the apartment, so we had to take wet laundry down to the basement laundry room to dry. We found a number of maintenance issues during our stay. We had some heavy rain and there were leaks on both floors. The wood deck on the surrounding balcony was pretty beat up with some loose boards. The furnishings need an upgrade, and the mattress was not very comfortable. The upside is that it’s a nice building with 24 hour security in a convenient, relatively quiet area. The company that rents the apartment has an office in the city so there was someone to contact when things went wrong and they responded quickly.

Amazing apartment in Palermo! The view's here are incredible, especially for sunset. Panoramic views from every corner of the house. AC works great in the hot Argentine summers. House comes equipped with everything you need in an amazing location with 24/7 security in an excellent building. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay and wish I was still there now!
