we loved the place. It's well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Jeanne was very responsive. We loved the village, with great amenities and beautiful surroundings. we would come back and recommend the place.
We spent 10 days in this lovely house in Chianni. My wife two daughters and a boyfriend. Had a lovely time from start to finish. The place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Chianni is a nice peaceful village - you'll need a car to get around. Pisa and Florence are approx 45 - 1 hour driving. (In Florence there is any easy park and tram ride at Villa Constanza just off the motorway). Our hosts gave us excellent up to date information and we had no difficulty finding the place even at night.

I could not say enough good things about this CHARMING cottage. It was hands down our favorite stay of our 5 week trip in Europe. We didn’t know Chianni existed until a couple days before arriving and my God did we fall in love with it, and its kind hearted people and natural surroundings and delicious food. The cottage was very spacious and equipped, it was more than perfect for our family of 4. My daughter plays the piano and absolutely loved having one in their bedroom. We didn’t have a car and arrived by train and bus from Florence without a problem. Everything is a 2-10 minute walk away. Recommendations: try pasta from Paola e Sandro, get coffee/drinks and gelato at Bar Centrale, buy bread from Giulia the neighbor farm shop, have dinner at least at one of the restaurants.
