Although I had to leave this place due to a faulty air conditioner and it was 42 degrees at the time I have to say the condo was excellent and in a great location the host put me up in a lovely little hotel across the street til she could get the AC sorted unfortunately this was going to need to be replaced but when that’s done I would definitely recommend this place great condo quiet but right in the heart of Nimman And thanks to my host for being so helpful and understanding I would definitely recommend staying here when the AC is upgraded

Bee’s apartment was quiet, clean with a great view. Bee was prompt and courteous. I definitely recommend her place!

Wonderful stat at Bee’s place. Would highly recommend d this location for those visiting Chiang Mai. Close to everything and Maya Mall for convenience.

Bee’s place was in a perfect Location. It was easy to walk around to all of the shops, restaurants and Nimman one market. The address that was listed was incorrect, but it wasn’t far to walk to from where our grab dropped us off. We weren’t aware that we needed to use one of the room keys to turn the power on- but figured it out quick. There’s a slot you put a card in right by the door to turn the power on. All in all, this was a perfect spot for us to stay. Would definitely recommend!

We spent a week at Bee's place and we wish we could have stayed longer! The location is fantastic, right next the nicest area in Chiang Mai, with thousands of options for coffee and lunch/dinner. The place was very comfy and had AC in every room. The kitchen was also quite complete, and Internet/wifi was quite fast (~150Mb most of the time). We'll try to stay here again next time we are in town!
