Lovely house with plenty of room for our group of 8 (+ 2 babies) to feel comfortable. Beautiful decor and close to the downtown area in Great Barrington. Loved our stay!

We had a nice stay at Patricia's place in Great Barrington. It's very close to Butternut and easy to get to the downtown area for shopping and dinner. Patricia was responsive to questions and issues that we had.

This place was as advertised and plenty of room for 3 couples. There are 4 bedrooms but also some nice communal spaces. Place was clean, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and other kitchen amenities. It is in a good location, about 20-25 minutes from Tanglewood. Also, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby in Great Barrington. Patricia was very good at communicating - we had no problems to deal with.

I love this house. It was beautifully decorated and had an excellent layout. There were 4 people and we each had our own air conditioned room. The location is very close to Great Barrington. It’s also very easy to get to Lenox and Stockbridge. Patricia is a wonderful host. I would definitely rent it again.

Good amount of space for a sizable group (8 total with little kids running around). Many hangout areas. Good location not too far from Great Barrington. It is an older house so uneven floors, creakiness, etc. are to be expected. For those visiting in the summertime, note that there are several window A/C units but some are quite loud. House was a bit musty and there were some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues to handle but nothing major or that would have prevented us from having a good time on our trip.
