Beautiful surroundings in a safe area. Overall the property has a lot of potential but needs a lot of maintenance and specially a thorough job regardind the cleaning. Several things were found during our stay that were communicated to the co-host upon checkout. We highly recommend that if a host receives the guests to take the time to take a look at the property and its conditions before to assure a great and clean stay. The value versus what we received, unfortunately was not worth it.

The pool was nice and clean. The TV in the main living room was damaged and had bugs behind the glass and all the toilets where stained yellow even the seats they said it was the hard water but that takes years to get to how it is. The air conditioning in the master bedroom took over 24 hours to get the room to 70 degrees. bring your own pots and pans what they had is trash. Melvin and Olga where nice property managers but the owner needs to update and repair these issues inside the house.

My vacation was everything I wanted it to be. Melvin was a perfect host for my 4 day stay. He was helpful for all types of activities and restaurant help. I highly recommend staying here
