Super bien ubicado . Muy bonito por dentro , por fuera también es un típico lugar de suiza en un pueblo . La chica q nos realizó el check in súper amable en el aspecto de darnos recomendaciones y explicarnos cómo llegar a la montaña los paseos a pie y toda la información que ocupábamos . Lo super recomiendo . Volveré pronto .

Magnifique appartement avec tout le matériel et ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner. Lits très confortables. Situé en face de l'épicerie, à 3 min à pieds de la gare de train de Zermatt, à 3 min à pieds du centre ville piétons de Zermatt, l'arrêt d'autobus pour le télésiège Matterhorn ski paradise est au coin de la rue, l'accès au télésiège Sunnegga est à 6 min de marche. Localisation exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré l'endroit

Can’t beat this place for a family ski vacation in Zermatt Only problem is the condo is so cozy and comfortable you may want to stay inside and not leave. Wonderful stay!!!

Other that trying to work out the check-in process ourselves as I had not had a reply from the host, I figured out (by reading previous reviews) that we needed to check-in at the hotel across the street. Once this was worked out, check-in was easy and the place was great. Very clean, great location, plenty of amenities. We loved our stay at Chalet Antoine.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very convenient (< 5 min walk) from Zermatt train station. Spacious layout, beautiful furnishings, warm and comfortable beds. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Check-in process was confusing, we were told multiple times to await emailed instructions which never came. I repeatedly messaged via AirBnB app with no response. Eventually called the number listed in one of the messages and was connected with the front desk of the hotel across the street. We checked in with them, and everything was smooth from there. Low season in Zermatt means most of the restaurants and shops weren't open, but we were there for the scenery, of which there was plenty! Such an amazingly beautiful part of the world!
