Welcome to Park Blvd in Historic Long branch (South Etobicoke), steps from Lake (230meters - 2 min walk). Property includes: Living, Dining, Kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 Full Bathroom with a large backyard & parking for 2+ vehicles. Two bedrooms on the main level, and 2 bedrooms on the lower level. 2 King Beds + 2 Queen Beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV & High Speed Internet across the entire house. The property has Four bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep (2 King & 2 Queen Beds). Crisp linens, plush pillows, and cozy bedding guarantee your comfort. A nicely furnished living room & dining room and a recently updated kitchen provide all that you need for your stay. Long Branch Go Station located close to the house provides a speedy train ride into Union Station in under 20 minutes - trains run every 20-30 minutes in both directions. So if some guests want to head into downtown or return aa little later, that's never a problem. Easy speedy trains will shuttle you in and out of the downtown core in 20 minutes. Outside the house, you can enjoy a big backyard, or take a 2 minute walk to Lake Promenade where you will find parks and gorgeous access to the lake. Head west for Marie Curtis Park / Beach (10 min walk), or head east for access to another park & playgrounds. There are other water activities such as kayaking or paddleboarding near by in the warmer months. Zubair had a lovely home that was great for us! It was in a quiet neighbourhood by the water, which we needed. He was also very helpful and understanding when it was needed! He was a great host!

Home to South Etobicoke's beachfront, historic lakeside estates, Degrassi Junior High, a family favourite park, delicious deluxe burgers, and an authentic 1940's barbershop.
1. You can swim, tan, and play in the sand at Marie Curtis Beach.
2. Toronto's elite used to have their cottages here, and some of them are still standing today.
3. The smell of Woody's Burgers.
4. Houses with character, history, and charm.
5No shortage of great dining and snack options. For a nice dinner out, we suggest 850 Degree Pizzeria or Pulcinella. For a casual bite check out Buster's, The Empanada Company, George The Greek, or Sloppy Joes for really good chicken wings. Grab a coffee and treat from The Happy Bakers, Black Goat, and Fair Grounds Organic Coffee. For a lighter option, try Thrive Organic for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, organic, and raw options. Scoops N'More is the neighborhood hot spot for ice cream.
5. An easy commute to downtown Toronto. With close access to the Ling Branch station on the Lakeshore GO Train line, the TTC streetcar line, and Gardiner Expressway or Highway 427 getting around is pretty easy. The 501 streetcar line is somewhat of a Toronto legend, being the longest streetcar route in North America, running between Long Branch in the west and Neville Park in the east. The 501 streetcar is a locals answer to the the double decker tour bus.
6. Get turned around on the winding trails of Colonel Sam Smith Park.
There is parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway. There is also parking on the street. The house is located at 44 Park Blvd which is easily accessible by foot or a vehicle from Lakeshore Ave West.
