My name is Laura Ritchie, owner of Appleton Corporate Housing and Wisconsin Corporate Housing. We have 70 furnished options mostly located around Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh, fully stocked and each designed with the hope our guests have a joyful and comfortable stay. I am formerly a sales exec for NBC Sports and magazine publisher; and my husband is full time ARMY National Guard. Nearly all our units accept pets and are non smoking. We cater to extended stay guests seeking an average of a three month lease. Our main site locations include our Oshkosh Chalets, which feature 1-4 bedroom properties with high-end finishes like granite countertops. This site has a great wooded backyard area with a small stream and lots of wild life to watch. In Appleton, our largest sites are a fourplex, "Ritchie's Apple Place" with super spacious two-bedroom apartments, and our Ritchie Village, featuring 16-one bedroom duplexes, each with private laundry, private garage and everything a single traveler needs during an extended stay. More recently we've added two large historic houses to our roster in Appleton and a Historuc duplex in Green Bay; as well as a four-unit building in Kimberley; and our most high end remodel ever -- 16 spacious themed two bedroom units with every upgrade at our Residences of Kensington. Finally, our Ritchie's Titletown Executive Suites in Green Bay features eight just completed (October 2020) beautiful one bedroom options for the corporate traveler or couple in need of an extended stay. In many cases, I can accommodate businesses who need to house multiple individuals who need to stay at the same site or area at one time. Our team consists of three nearly round the clock administrative assistants -- Elaina, Ara and Richyll (pronounced Rachel); and Greg (VP of Operations) and Megan Brooks (Director of Hospitality) are our on the ground local team handling any possible issue our guests may need assistance with. My daughter Sydney helps to design the beautiful spaces we offer and restock and replace items as they wear. Sandro, Moses, Nelly and Carmen are additional team members on our cleaning and construction crews. Together we look forward to hosting you and your family or associates during your extended stay!
