La ubicación es muy buena, llegas muy rápido a restaurantes, y a toda actividad cerca del río. La vista es muy linda, hay mucho viento. La casa tiene mucho potencial, pero le hace falta mantenimiento. Si hay cosas que difieren de las fotografías, como la parrilla en la cocina, ahora es una estufa viejita con el cristal del horno roto. En la planta baja las ventanas/persianas son de madera sin cristal, lo cual hace que la casa sea fresca porque entra viento todo el tiempo, sin embargo también entra el polvo y los bichos (en la noche especialmente salen hormigas y también nos tocaron cucarachas🪳 ) . David siempre fue amable y contesta rápido cuando lo buscas.

El hospedaje fue bueno sin embargo el WiFi no es nada funcional. Todo lo demás fue muy bueno, la casa muy bonita, los balcones y la vista hermosa. Lugares cercanos para comer y tienda a un lado.

This house is so awesome, and at this time rare for Rio Lagartos. It’s right on the malecón. The palapa roof is amazing and very tall (~30 ft / 9 m), made of natural palm fronds. One BR is downstairs, the other two upstairs, all spacious rooms, big balcony off 2nd BR. Unfortunately you have to walk past the upstairs bathroom and then through the 2nd BR to get to the 3rd BR. We did not have any air conditioning. First night was very windy and we didn’t need AC, but second night we needed it. No internet either, so the digital TVs didn't function. There were also some ants in the house, but they did not bite or really bother us. The cleaning was about 95%, could have been a few things cleaner, including the fridge. About 75% of the downstairs lights did not work, and the living room could have used a tall lamp or two. All beds had sheets, but some did not have any type of bedspread or blanket. We were not fans of the religious decorations! This special house will be 5 stars soon.

The house was very large with big rooms and comfortable beds. The view was great of the water and boats! It was not super clean and we wondered if the salt water added a film onto the furniture? We did a boat tour to see flamingos. It was a gorgeous time!
