Clean light and airy double bedroom with views over a rugby pitch. En suite power shower with Neals Yard shampoos and shower gel. Crisp cotton sheets and tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge for you to use. Breakfast served in your room or if weather permits a sunny terrace. A new build family home.

Had a lovely stay at Kate’s, room was immaculate, had a great night’s sleep, everything was great, I will be definitely staying again.
Kate was an amazing host! The room was absolutely stunning! Kate also brought us fresh croissants every morning which just tasted incredible! Honestly would recommend this place to anyone!

Mulberry Park is newly built community. We are tucked away in the corner so very quiet. Off street parking provided.
You can walk into Bath in approximately 25 minutes or take a regular bus just a 2 minute walk away, that takes 5 mins.

Hi I am Kate I live in Bath, Somerset with my 3 boys and 2 cats and a over friendly goldendoodle dog! I am a chef and run my own catering company I love of cooking so therefore food is my passion! This helps with feeding my 3 sons. Travel and new experiences is what we love. I love to meet new people so love staying In Airbnb's and having people to stay in my family home.
