Wow! We walked in the door, the aroma was beautiful, Native flute music playing, lights were on, and we wanted to move in at that moment. If Charlie has a list of potential buyers when he is ready, sign us up! Our evenings were captivated by the all the birds and bunnies. I missed the early morning bore visit, but my husband took a picture of the visitor so I know it was real. I assume it was a wild pig? Or may an escapee from a neighbor? lol Very clean house! We had no problem getting around the area. The evenings were quiet and the view of Superstition Mtn was fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful property!

Charlie and Sylvia have a little slice of heaven here in Apache Junction. Their home is beautifully kept, down to the last detail. It is equipped with everything you could ask for, including birds and bunnies! We spent many hours on the back porch watching their antics. This property is definitely "a cut above". Can't wait to return next Spring.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Ranchito Tranquilo. The accommodations were clean and charming in an absolutely picturesque setting. Our favorite thing was to sit on the patio and just observe the wildlife amidst the desert flora. We hope to return in the future!

If we are ever back in the area this place is at the top our list to stay again! Clean and inviting interior and a beautiful setting outside. This was our favorite rental in Arizona on this trip!

We had pleasant stay at Charlie’s place. We felt right at home. Place was so welcoming even our 9 months old started crawling around the living area like she does at home. This place exceeded our expectations.
