Seth and Alex are amazing host! Their Airbnb was clean, nice and had comfortable beds. Pros: They responded quickly when I reached out to them with questions or concerns and all questions were answered and resolved immediately. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. They provided Shampoo, Body wash and Conditioner. Hot tub was hot and refreshing. Washer and Dryer in garage. Hard wood floors and modern decor throughout the house. Free Wi-Fi Cons: No baking pans-Pyrex or any 9×13 or 8×8 in kitchen There is free Wi-Fi however, you must have your own TV entertainment such as Netflix, Hulu and YOUTUBE in order to watch TV. No blinds or curtains on sliding back door window which allowed Gardeners who showed up unannounced early Wednesday afternoon to possibly see my bf and I getting intimate on the couch. Trash needed to be removed from each room then thrown away outside day of check out. Overall, we did enjoy our time and would definitely stay again in the future.

Seth's place worked well for our trip to the area. There was plenty of room for us and the furniture was comfortable for spending the evening in the living room area. We also spent time on the back patio and were pleasantly surprised to see an orange tree with ripe oranges on it. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was reasonably quiet. The house is within easy walking distance of a Walgreens where we were able to purchase a few items when needed. The driveway is a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues but it was fine for our group. If we have future trips to the area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Alex was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. The house was as described and pictured on the site.

Overall we had an okay time during our stay, though it did not feel it met the price we paid. As other reviews have mentioned, the house could use some TLC which seem to still be the case with rugs, towels, couch, walls, backyard fence, etc. which we mentioned to the host.
