No other animals, including cats, allowed. Why do we raise money for pets & pet parents who can't afford emergency services? In 2021, we were those people. During 2022, we started hosting & collected 20-25% of all earnings for our beloved Newfoundland, Minnie, who was diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer in September, 2021. A deep 'thank you' to everyone who stayed with us in 2022; they contributed $10,704 to help pay for Minnie's chemo treatments & emergency visits. *Note: The house is split into two units, and the owners occupy the bottom unit. There are no shared spaces for guests' utmost privacy. Final note: Thank you to our past guests for supporting Minnie’s cancer treatment. She passed recently, and in her memory, we’ve created the Minnie Fund, to support pet owners experiencing financial hardship amidst cancer treatment.
