Tobins place is very clean and uncluttered. It had the nicest, most modern kitchen that I had used while vacationing in Belize. Some of the batteries in the Ac this unit controllers didn’t work. But over all the place was really a nice oasis in Dangriga. Walking distance, or 2 blocks from a beach front restaurant. I used the washer and dryer and they worked well, I appreciated being able to do laundry mid-trip and before I hopped on a boat to the Cayes in the morning. The only issue was, I didn’t know that the upstairs was an Airbnb too. The person renting the same night had a party from 11:30 until 5:30 in the morning. We have two kids and trying to sleep while they were screaming, moving furniture, throwing cans and bottles off the side. It was awful and I got no sleep. So that’s really the only downfall. Tobin also reimbursed me because of the party and the no sleep. That was professional and appreciated. I recommend Tobins place, if there is not partiers above.

I'm glad I was able to find Tobin's house for my stay in Dangriga. The house was well kept, and Tobin was super helpful throughout my entire stay. At first, it can be a little confusing finding the house, but after following his instructions, I was able to find it right away. If you are worried about safety, his house felt like it was in a super safe area, and all the nearby locals were super friendly. I would recommend Tobin's house to anyone wanting to stay in Dangriga.

Dangriga is a small working village. Considering that, not expecting a tourists based economy, this is a clean and safe and comfortable place for a layover or exploring the area.

Tobin was out of town and hard to reach. His property manager was also hard to reach. We spent two hours driving around trying to find the house. We got some help from the front desk staff at a resort not far away. Finally connected with Tobin on the phone and were guided to the property. Online maps isn’t accurate and street names non existent. It was dark by the time we got there. The house had roaches and from the looks of it had them before. No mattress covers or pillow cases, just the shams from the bed covering. Shower drain was clogged. No coffee filters for the coffee maker. Had to make do with paper towel. There was a dirty deck outside facing a swamp full of garbage but no real place to sit out there. Laundry room is in a separate room outside the back door. When I opened the door a lizard fell on me. Ugh.

Tobin's place is very nice. the inside is just like the pictures. we had a hard time finding it as the GPS wanted us to go to a different location. luckily the taxi driver recognized the house and once we found the WiFi we knew we were close. Tobin was very responsive and helpful
