Blackberry hill was AMAZING! The cabin was in such a peaceful area only about 8 minutes from downtown Blueridge. Hillery and Tom were awesome hosts - even sent recommendations and were very responsive. The cabin not only was beautiful but had all the amenities to make it a breeze of a vacation to pack for. We brought our pup, Freddie, and there was even a XL dog crate which made our travel so much easier without it taking up our cargo space in the car. I cannot recommend this cabin enough, or the awesome hosts! We look forward to taking another vacation to one of their properties - as we know how awesome they are!

We absolutely adored Tom and Hillery's cabin. The cabin itself was gorgeous and located in an area so peaceful that we had deer in the yard each day, but local enough to town that everything we planned on doing was a very short ride. We travelled as a multi-generational group so having the bedrooms on separate floors was ideal; when someone wanted to go to bed earlier than others or sleep in, they were able to do that with ease. The lower level was the most fun with the firepit, pool table and a perfect family movie viewing area. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but are looking forward to using it next time! The second floor we used for cooking, eating, and games. The house was well stocked for cooking. I normally travel with a lot of cooking gadgets when we travel and this time only had to pull out the waffle maker :) Everything else was there! Our dog, Ivy, instantly felt at home - I think she knew that loved doggos lived there. We can't wait to return.
