This is a beautiful home situated right on the water with tons of space to enjoy the outdoors and ocean. It was quite spacious with high ceilings as well. We especially loved the fence in the backyard that opened onto the beach. We spent the afternoons walking on the beach and enjoying the sun. It was also quite clean upon arrival. I would highly recommend this home, but would say that it feels pretty lived in. Some of the closets and drawers had clothes in them. There were some other random things; paper towel roll in the kitchen was empty, no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms, no dishwasher detergent. That being said, I would still recommend this home. It is beautiful and spacious, but there were a few quirks to it.

Jason’s place was perfect for our family Christmas. It was clean and comfortable with lots of space for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised as to how well stocked the kitchen was for a big family Christmas dinner. Stunning location on the beach. Thank you Jason!!

This property is in a beautiful location. The house is very large a very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed to have wonderful family gathering. Amazing views, large house and beautiful grounds. Many photos, many memories.

Lovely home right on the beach. The house was bright and beautiful. Right on the beach, you can walk along the beach to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again
